In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and any other language version of these Terms, the English language version shall prevail.

BWL will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the duration of your Avance account, to provide you with services, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements.

Following this period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized. Data retained for other purposes, such as if you have consented to marketing communications, will be retained until you withdraw your consent.

We do not store your credit card information. Payment details are processed by secure third-party payment processors who adhere to industry security standard.

8. Protection of Personal Data

BWL is committed to safeguarding the security and confidentiality of your personal data. We implement reasonable and appropriate technical, physical and administrative security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction.
