Avance's Activv Honey, on the other hand, is packed and filtered in a single process using the cold-filtration method, which does not involve any heating. This stringent heat control ensures that the heat sensitive enzymes within this bio-active honey are kept intact and active, thereby retaining their beneficial properties.

Mix and stir into a beverage, spread onto a toast or consume directly from the bottle. Do not use with metal spoons and do not mix with boiling water, as these easily destroy the enzymes and nutrients. Use either plastic or porcelain spoons; and either room-temperature or lukewarm water to retain maximum active enzymes and nutrients.
