Bifidobacteria is the "friendly" and highly beneficial bacteria in the large intestine that is first introduced in the human body via mother's milk. Bifidobacteria Longum, Lactobacillus Gasseri
Take 1 stick of BifiMax daily continuously for the first two weeks before reducing to 1 stick for every 2-3 days. Best taken on an empty stomach, at least 30 mins before breakfast or bedtime or 2hrs after dinner. Take with water at room temperature (below 40ºC). Do not chew.
