Bifidobacteria is the "friendly" and highly beneficial bacteria in the large intestine that is first introduced in the human body via mother's milk. Bifidobacteria is known to decrease in quantity due to stress, irregular and unhealthy eating habits and the decreased secretion of intestinal juices. This is believed to contribute to the first signs of ageing, poor body defenses and poor bowel habits. Bifidobacteria Longum, Lactobacillus Gasseri
Take 1 stick of BifiMax daily continuously for the first two weeks before reducing to 1 stick for every 2-3 days. Best taken on an empty stomach, at least 30 mins before breakfast or bedtime or 2hrs after dinner. Take with water at room temperature (below 40ºC). Do not chew.
